LEAP (Local, Educational, Active Partnerships in Development) is a non-governmental organization working alongside women and young people across ten provinces of Türkiye. We support refugee and host communities through protection, education, and livelihoods — striving to build a space where no one is left to face things alone.
Our Areas of Work
Four complementary programs, one shared purpose: to remind every woman and every young person — wherever they may be in their journey — that a new beginning is always within reach.
Education
Through language courses, digital literacy training, and access to formal and non-formal education, we open new doors to learning.
Economic Empowerment
With vocational training and cooperative-building support, we work alongside women to build their economic independence.
Protection
Safe spaces for children, women, and young girls; psychosocial support, legal counselling, and the fight against gender-based violence.
Youth
Through peer leadership, art and music workshops, digital skills, and civic participation programs, we create space for young people to thrive.
